Bianca DiGennaro is a successful business entrepreneur and social media influencer located in the Key West, Florida area.
DiGennaro is professionally known as Mz.Bee’s, the owner of Mz Bee’s Bail Bonds. DiGennaro and her fabulous team are dedicated to assisting you through the complexities of the legal system with compassion, efficiency and most importantly, confidentiality.
Eager to know more about this well-established business owner and her brand, we got a chance to sit down with the boss herself and this is what we discovered!
Q. Tell us a little more about yourself and your background, what was it like for you growing up?
“I’m originally from Europe Germany; I was born there but I grew up in Spain. I currently live in Florida. I have two residences, one is in Key West, and one is in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.”
“I went to boarding school most of my life and then I came to the United States to attend the University of Miami. My parents eventually ended up moving here too. My dad’sAmerican, he’s from New York and my mom is German. They ended up coming over here and my dad ended up becoming the mayor of Monroe County.”
“Growing up was good. I come from a very conservative, political, wealthy family. That was good when I was growing up but when I became a certain age and started to have my own opinions, that ended up being a little problematic for me, so I ended up leaving early from them to do my own thing,” she added.
Q. When did you first embark on this business endeavor and what inspired it?
“Well, being that I was always in the industry, dance industry, strip club industry… I was a dancer then I owned a strip club, then I went back to dancing and owned an escort service… I always knew people who got in trouble you know?”
“The keys are small, so we all know each other. The boyfriend that I had at the time who ended up being my husband had a $500,000 bond for really some regular stuff,and I was searching for a bail bondsmen to help me, and I don’t know I just got blessed with a great bail bondsman. She’s still my best friend till this very day. She’s the one who got me started in the bail bonds business.”
Q. You’ve managed to build a lot of social connections from some very influential people including Trina, Boosie BadAzz & Ray J to name a few. Tell us, how do you manage to build and sustain those relationships?
“I realized that me using influencers or artists to promote my bail bonds company would help me. Like with anything else, clothing brands or anything else. Its just everybody is all from the same circle, so once you know one person you know everybody”
During the interview, DiGennaro also listed her PR, Shannon who passed away as another source who helped introduce her to a lot of clients as well.
Q. What would you say is the most rewarding part about your job?
“I help people a lot… as far as rewarding, I’ve always been the type to give back. I was a social worker before; I’ve worked in jail, and I was a probation officer for kids for juveniles. I’ve done a lot of stuff, and I always try to help, that’s just in my nature.”
“I try to give back to the community, like I bonded out 10 mothers for Mother’s Day and I want to continue to do more things like that,” she added.
Q. As a successful businesswoman, what obstacles have you faced along the way and how did you overcome them?
“When I take a loss, it will never be a loss that I can’t afford. I don’t lend money or do payment plans if I know that the money is detrimental to me, that’s a part of business. Secondly, if I see that someone is really trying hard or they’re having a hard time finding a job and they’re really trying and keeping in contact with me and they’re going to court and they owe me some money, you know what, I write it off.”
“I do have a heart, and I understand that you do have to give to receive.”
Q. How do you manage being a full-time businesswomen and mother all while balancing your day-today life tasks?
“Yeah, its difficult, it’s always been difficult for me because even when I owned a strip club, I was out all night and still must get up in the morning and take the kids to school. My daughter was a good softball player. I raised my stepdaughter, both are athletes, so yeah, it’s tough.”
“At the end of the day that’s the most important thing. I love my kids and my kids love me.”
Q. You participate in a lot of hosting’s in the Miami, Florida area. Tell us, what can people expect when they show up at a MzBees’s event?
“We got it down packed to where it’s really organized and I have a good team now, people that I can trust around me. We always have a nice turnout and a good crowd. We get a sprinter, and we take everybody to the club. We make sure everybody gets there safe, and we make sure everybody gets home safe.
“We go out there and we pop bottles, and we promote. That’s what my hosting’s are for, to promote MzBee’s.”
Q. Outside of work, what is something that you really enjoy doing in your spare time?
“I love going out to eat… I love trying different restaurants and just going out to eat with my friends, brunches and things like that. I like to travel; I hosted a trip to Turks and Caicos. Instead of them paying me, I took everybody with me. I got a big house and a chauffeur to go out there. It was cheap for everybody to go because I took care of everything.”
“I enjoy those things,” she continued.
“I take my team and everyone who help me and support me. The people who I have around me now, they work for me, but we also have a relationship, and I know that I can trust them.”
Q. Coming into 2025, what are some business or personal goals you have set for yourself or your brand this year?
“As far as bail bonds, I have more things to do. I want to expand and get more business and learn to advertise in different ways.”
“I also have my MzBee’s brand that I’m working on. I developed a new gummy supplement and I’m going to do a new supplement line. I’m currently developing the website and the search engine optimization, I’m doing all of that.”
“It’s an energy supplement but natural energy. I’ll be focusing on everything health and fitness, but I want to make sure I do it a little different because everyone is doing the same thing.”
“Being healthy is such a big part of your life so I’m always looking for good supplements, collogen and things of that nature.”
